Looking for a cafe in Gisborne to have lunch with a couple of friends we came across Solatte. Lovely cafe, great food and coffee, very enjoyable, great friendly device. As it was a catch-up with friends we were not rushed to leave. We will definitely be back.
Beautiful tasting soup. Great location for healthy options. Wonderful crisp bread on the side, and a fantastic loose leaf chai latte !

Most enjoyable place to catch up with friends, the staff are always welcoming and the food made on site, very good.
It's sad. I know many places have been effected by covid but this place looked like a deflated balloon. There was just no energy in the place.
We came in for a takeaway soup and we were quite dissapointed that it was served in a large coffee cup and no platic cutlery was Available. Trying to drink soup out of a coffee cup while it's scalding made this experience unenjoyable. We also couldn't eat in due to covid
Great range of lunch options, and wonderful coffee. Both, Berry friand and raspberry muffin were yummy.
