Deciding to install Solar energy at home was the easy part but what to actually get, who to use and how much to spend is the hard part. As I was to soon discover with Solar energy was that there is TOO much info out there and even more options to choose from. But sometime word of mouth can be a wonderful thing as was the case with Solar Sam’s and my Solar installation. I was recommended to Solar Sam’s via a friend of a friend and I could not be happier. From the first phone call to the completion of the installation I had not one issue. Pricing & options were excellent and everything was clearly explained. The installation team were a fantastic bunch of guys and everything went very smoothly. All completed within 5 hours. And finally was it all worth it. Definitely Yes. My 2 most recent electricity bills compared to same time last years are showing 60-70% cost reductions.
Had Solar Sams installed March '18. Installation was fast and everything was left clean and tidy. Unfortunately they overstated the savings because even though there are only 2 of us we get no where near the savings they said we would get. Since NBN we can't go online to check our system. Contacted them to no avail.
Highly recommend Solar Sams for your solar system planning and installation. Very knowledgeable in solar systems. Staff are prompt and very respectful. A pleasure to have done business with these guys.
Had a 2.75kw system installed by Solar SAMs last week. A great job done under difficult weather conditions......very cold with hail and showers. The boys did an extremely neat job and worked their butts off. Would highly recommend to all Thanks Solar Sams
