I was at your Deer Park store a little over an hour ago to place an order. I worked from home today to be able to come down and take advantage of your great offer! While your staff wasn't particularly helpful at the entrance (I guess a mum lugging a pram didn't fit their stereotype of a customer), the kind gentleman who took my order more than made up for it! He saw a potential struggle for me in collecting the bag of 20Kg sand and took it upon himself to rush forward and help me carry it to my car. Thank you kindly Nicolas(the name of the gentleman as per my receipt)-you saved a mum with a pram while the rest of the floor staff didn't really care!!

The staff staff at SoilWorx in Ballarat Rd Deer Park display sheer courtesy and is very helpful. They gave me good advice in the type of soil needed. I was kept informed of the delivery before and after. Then they called to see if I was satisfied with everything. A1 service. Very satisfied. Keep it up guys. I'll be back. Thank you.

I went to another local garden place and their selection wasn't great. I should have known to go to SoilWorx first as that's who ive used in the past. They had just what I wanted. Counter staff were very friendly and they delivered on time in the time slot I was told the day of order. Delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. Next time I wont waste my time and ill go to SoilWorx first.

Soilworx are lovely to deal with, and were super helpful when ordering. And the delivery person made a special effort to ensure the soil we ordered was as close as possible to the space it was going - hugely appreciated when it was 6 cubic metres of the stuff! Thank you.
