I haven't had my hair done in 5 yrs so I was really nervous and wasn't quite sure what I wanted. The staff were were so friendly honest and accommodating. I. A new me! Emma gave me the most amazing haircut! My travels from the US have brought me to Melbourne for two months. Today, one day after my appointment, I am wondering how anyone will ever match her expertise. Since Covid I had let my hair go gray and grow long. My hair is fine, dry, and curly. Emma gave me a professional dry cut followed by a wash and also suggested valuable styling tips along the way. She expertly whittled away at least 5 inches of my overgrown hair and now I also have flattering fringe bangs for the first time in decades. I plan to see Emma one more time before I leave. I was visiting Melbourne and took a chance the ladies at Sogo might be able to squeeze me in for a last minute hair cut ! They were so accomodating, extremely professional and we had lovely chats and laughs together. I came out thrilled with my new hair and so grateful for such beautiful women. 3 beautiful sisters run the place WISH it was in my hometown I’d be a regular for sure
