I have been going to play brow and lash bar for a few years. The service has always been friendly and its easy to book and reasonably priced. I see Vicky for my lash extentions and highly recommend her - my lashes always look amazing  and last with no damage to my real lashes. I am usually very picky with my brows and was so impressed with the service that was provided by Play Brow Bar. The staff are lovely, accomodation and have a great attention to detail!Services:&nbsp;Brow lamination

*EDIT: after leaving this review I received several calls, emails and texts from this business demanding I delete this review. Extremely disappointing.*  I have been here about 5 times and each time the service gets worse and worse.  At other salons I used to enjoy getting my brows threaded, and I found it to be a relatively gentle and painless procedure. The first few times I came here, the threading was so painful the threading was careless and my skin kept getting caught in the thread that I decided to stop threading and try waxing here instead.  Unfortunately, my waxing experience has been even worse. Each time I go in, they seem surprised I want waxing despite that being what I have clearly booked in, and usually 2-3 times before and/or during the procedure they ask if they can switch to threading. I find it incredibly disappointing that the staff don't even seem confident enough to wax, given that's what's on their menu.  My experience today was the final straw. After the usual attempts to switch me from waxing to threading, the staff member gave me the worst wax of my life - the wax did not even dry before she peeled it off, the peels were done in such a way that made it way more painful than necessary, and after all that my brows are now noticeably uneven.  After 3 months of lockdown, I was really looking forward to getting my brows done at a salon again. But the experience today was unwelcoming, rushed, painful and my personal preferences were not taken into account at all.  I have given this place more than enough chances, being lulled in by the good reviews, the convenient location and the relatively cheap prices, but I will now definitely not be coming back.

I have been here twice now and have loved my brow threading and tint both times.  Update: this place seems to have changed or maybe I just got a different person. It’s really not welcoming and I never get what I ask for. I usually get darker as it fades so quickly and I was told “it won’t look good”. My eyebrows were also waxed way thinner than I like and not what I asked for.

I get my eyelash extensions done here every few weeks and every single time the service and quality is amazing, highly recommend

The lady who does my lashes is very gentle and a perfectionist. Easy booking and payment system. Just make sure you park somewhere suited to your appointment type.

They did see me quickly and it was done quickly. However, when I got home I noticed lots of random eyebrow hairs were missed. For $27 I expect more attention to detail and maybe spend a little longer.Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading
