Car wash overcharged us tonight. Took our coins but didn't count them. The wash ended up costing us $36 ($19 overcharge) I rang after hours number and left message, but no reply as yet. I am very happy with the way the car was washed and now hope I get satisfaction on the overcharge front. MONDAY 19 FEB 2018: FANTASTIC SERVICE, NO PROBLEMS GETTING REFUND TODAY. MANAGER HAD RECEIVED MY PHONE MESSAGE RE ABOVE PROBLEM AND HE HAD CHECKED MACHINE. WE ALWAYS USE THIS CARWASH AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.
