Outside of the car is perfect and inside is good except the boot.... which is the main reason I went there 😑 I have a Mitsubishi asx and I own a German shepherd which is usually tied up in the back part of the boot... there's still dirt and dog hair in there... I don't expect all the hair to be gone but it looks like they haven't even touched it... 
It's a shame because some of the people there actually do a good job, just depends who you get on the day. It's very hit and miss.  

Update:
Decided to give these guys another go recently and just get the inside done, I asked for just a basic clean, don't know why I bothered... they stung me $50 and it was still filthy. 
I emailed head office and they said it's only $25 for just the inside cleaned. 
No email back to ask any questions or try and rectify anything? 
Definitely won't be back and won't be recommending it to anyone!!

Short staffed. 
Over priced.
Unreliable.

They seriously change price overnight as mentioned by few other people on reviews and then they will say last person might have checked your car in rush and gave wrong price.
Prepare to wait and over pay and car won’t be as clean either.

In short 
Just don’t go here.

worst experience ever.  Upsold me to a $69 rather than a $39 wash and interior clean.  I was told the interior clean would include a vacuum and proper leather clean and treatment rather than just a wipe down.  They didn't even vacuum until I asked them to and definitely did nothing at all to the leather.  Did not even wipe it down.  DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS PLACE.  THEY ARE CROOKS

Seriously don't go there.
I went there on Friday afternoon. They told me 100 for steam cleaning of seats and door trims and said 2 hours wait time. I didn't have the time so went there sat. The price changed to 140. I told them I was given quote of 100 yesterday. Person (Lou) said it's cheap but we will do in same process if u come tomorrow 830am. He said he will tell the person working tomorrow morning that I have been quoted 100 and he will do it in 100.
Next morning on a day off, I went there some Indian fellow said Lou told me about u, it must be a mistake I can do anything cheaper than 140.
Problem is why ask ask customer to return when you are going to change price. 
I woke up and had to drive all the way to their car wash off lying to find out they changed their mind. 
This is pathetic. 
Don't go here. 
They will say something else and then change without proper justification. 
Don't waste money here.

UPDATE: Lou called me and said whats my problem. Instead of listening to me he was very very rude. Never admitted that his staff or himself did anything wrong. In a 10 minute conversation he didnt let me finish even one sentence. Not sure if the head office wanted my number so that Lou can take his frustation out on me for writing here. But it moreover confirmed my belief that this car wash is worst customer facing business I have ever seen.
