Clean, updated, reasonable pricing considering the current market, large machines available as well as standard size machines, large dryers, close to a shop for snacks and drinks, TV playing on the wall for entertainment, seating available, relatively quiet and not run down  location and I was pleasantly surprised by the automatic washing powder. 

I ended up here at soapy Joe's as my regular laundromat was full up and I had 15 baskets of washing to due (as I volunteer to take elderly and people with special needs washing to the laundromat once a week) 
I'll be coming back for sure. I wish I'd known about this place earlier.

Only came here because it stood out from the rest having advertised free wifi, nope no free wifi. But that's not all this budget laundry doesn't offer. Change machine also doesn't offer change on coins, kindly they have a sign up offering no refunds to those poor buggers who fail to stop and read the dodge signs on wall. Budget yes will I return ? No.
