We had Liam out to look at our flooding issue in our built in area downstairs. We have just made it through our 3rd big downpour since the works were complete. No more moping at last. Excellent from the start to finish. Highly recommend.

Im new to the N-Side of brisbane, and after living on the S-Side my whole life, we needed a plumber and were given a business card for LJM Plumbing. So we called them up and their very first job was done well and priced well. Ive even hired their excavator driver and labourer to remove a huge pile of rocks. Ive had LJM Plumbing back a number of times as there employees are nice and professional, they're rates are competitive and their work is second to none. They fitted gas lines and bottles so we could upgrade our oven and their gas fitter gave us options that saved up ALOT of money. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LJM PLUMBERS TO ANYONE NEEDING A TRUSTWORTHY, COMPETENT & EFFICIENT PLUMBER OR GASFITTER.

I would recomend Liam, Jackson and Jason on the excavator, to attended to your plumbing needs. Liam has the equipment and know how to fix the most complicated jobs. Liam conversed with all the parties on the job to get it done in a timely manner. From plumbing, storm water, excavation to water proofing, nothing was too difficult for Liams team. Thanks for the great work.

Came out to clean 2 drains. Managed to scoop some muck out of one grill...then left all the muck on the ground (even though it was right next to a waste bin). Say that the think the 2nd drain is blocked, cant say for sure. Left water and muddy footprints all over the deck. Would not recommend at all.

I have now used LJM twice. Once was after hours, and both times, their rates were extremely reasonable. They came out on time, and got the job done. They are now my go to plumbers.
