This shop is amazing. The staff are very helpful and friendly. So many beautiful pieces to choose from. Lindy went above and beyond making a bracelet for my daughter’s birthday. All in all exceptional service and quality. I love my collection of bracelets so far and am already excited for my next addition.

I went into this store today wanting to purchase gifts cards for my daughters for Christmas. I wasn't wearing a mask as I had an exemption and was rudely told to leave the store. I showed them a mask exemption printout from the Qld Government website stating that I didn't have to provide a medical certificate but this was unacceptable to them. I was basically told I was lying and that they were sick of people like me. This was in front of everyone. I was treated like I had leprosy. So very rude,  unprofessional and discriminatory. Will never step foot in that store again and neither will my friends and family.  RESPONSE: Your very rude staff member had a mask on so no risk to her right? Masks do work right??? She also agreed to have a look at the paperwork and she had no issue with the 1.5m distance at the time so she was also in breach of this rule which is now all of a sudden an issue? Your behaviour was disgusting. I have also heard that you physically  removed some other customers that walked into your shop without a mask on. WOW!!! No wonder you have closed your doors. Like I said, I have many friends and family that will not be walking back into your store. No skin off my nose. My daughters were very happy with their gift vouchers from Kharma House.

Great service... exquisite pieces.. The lovely lady was more than helpful with choosing a gift for my friends birthday... wrapped and tagged with information about this local run business.  recommend " Truely Unforgettable " for all occasions

Lindy is a gem! She is so accommodating when I have bought on line. The store itself is Pandora's Box filled with such beautiful stuff. I'm glad I'm part of the So Unforgettable Club!!!!
