Thankyou Lovisa I had my nose pierced last week, the young lady who did my piercing was extremely professional, gave me lots of advise, and just a lovely young lady, thankyou
I have had three sets of my ear piercings done at the central Lovisa and I am honestly so happy with the entire experience. Taylor who has done all three sets of my ear piercing was extremely professional, informative as well as hygienic. I felt comfortable and well looked after. Taylor cared enough to explain that whoever pierced my seconds didnt do it correctly and showed me how they were ment to look, I was taken aback at how incorrect they were. I got my seconds fixed then went back an hour later to get my thirds done. If you are on the fence about getting any ear piercings done, I highly recommend Taylor from Lovisa in Cairns Central.
Warning do not get any piercings done here . My 13yo and her friend got ear piercings without me present & a few weeks later both girls ears have become infected. Her friend needed to go to hospital but thankfully my daughters I caught early & I managed to remove it…very painfully but its out. Studs disappeared into lobe & became completely embedded. Im assuming studs were far too small to be used for fresh piercings. Both girls took care of piercings so it was not due to lack of care. When I called to complain the girl didn’t seem to care at all & kind of just giggled and said oh no thats not our issue that’s a medical problem, take them to a dr. Not happy at all.
Me and my friend both got our ears pierced here two weeks ago and it was amazing service. We were both very scared but Ashlee the lady that served us and did the piercing was amazing, she probably spent two hours with us. It cost $30 which is the cheapest piercing I've found and include the earrings and spray. This is the first time my ears haven't gotten infected from a piercing and the pain was minimal. definitely will be going back to get another one
I got my ears pierced here, the lady was very nice and professional. She was hygienic and explained what she was going to do. It's very cheap as well. I got both my ears pierced including the earrings and after care for 30 dollars.
The lady who was pricing my ears went through everything she was going to do and was very gentle.She made it perfectly even and was very professional good work guys
Had a very rude sales assistant serve me, as I went up to the counter she did not greet me as they usually say “hi how are you”. Instead she was on her phone texting someone. The only thing she said to me was how much I owed her. Did not say “have a nice day or anything”. Extremely rude, how is she working there with that attitude? Normally the girls in there are very lovely and nice, but this girl was not. I saw on the receipt that the girls name is Madalyn, not sure if that is completely accurate though.
Cheap stuff here that can be passed up as expensive. I love to buy presents here for my mates or a treat for myself when a special night is coming. From bracelets and earrings to necklaces and hair accessories, I don’t need to shop anywhere else.
Has definitely gone downhill the team members in here need a big lesson on customer service and smiling. The tall lady is very rude and always looks unhappy to be there.
Earrings of low quality and staff tend to follow you around and try to persuade you in to buying things you don’t want
