Very helpful and knowledgeable staff when I purchased a car fridge there recently. Price matched without even asking to do so. Great range of products.
First and LAST time customer! Delivery is only free if you don’t miss the first drop off.nnJust travelled over an hours round trip to collect my parcels a week later than first attempted delivery that I was not notified prior so was unable to be home for collection. Richmond store and original collection point are only a 5min drive away however was told I would have to pay to change collection or delivery point.nnTook 3 days to locate my items after sending me to the incorrect collection point and indicating that it was out for delivery when it wasn’t which I changed appointments to be home to sign for. Snowy’s then attempted to tell me I missed a delivery on the 31st April this date doesn’t exist.nnWill not be using them in future for personal or business purchases. Very disappointing as I had been given good reviews by friends previously.
I bought the Oztrail canvas swag storage bag for $44. I washed it once, on delicate setting, and the seams came apart. It also has green dye that runs into anything else washed with it. Fortunately, I only washed it with car cleaning rags, but it turned them perfectly green. I’m sure the store would take it back, but I guess I felt a store like this would sell a better quality item for that price point.nnOtherwise the store has huge selection and staff are friendly. I would go back here.

I have been going here for years, I think since the late 90's when it was more of a shed...nNot once have I received less than perfect customer service. Anyone can sell camping stuff, most products are available at many places, but these days good help and service is really hard to find. So, I always go back.
