Used their self service printing machine and selected “Same Day”. It was to print one item and the time was 4pm, they closed at 5. The girl in charge of the printing was incredibly rude and dismissive. Said I had to come back the next day and that even though I selected “Same Day” takes 24 hours and that she wont be printing it for me the same day. I mentioned that the machine didn’t say 24 hours and just stated same day printing. She told me it does say 24 hours on there it doesn't, this was confirmed by the store manager. She then just walked off from me while I was still trying to talk to her about it. I was actually in shock by how terrible her customer service was.nnI ended up speaking to the store manager who was really kind and apologetic. He also confirmed I was right and the machine doesn't mention 24 hours at all so just be aware of this if you go and print expecting it the same day.nnI think this feedback needs to be passed on to the girl I spoke Saturday 22/2 4pm. Kindness could go a long way.
Super poor experience at the print service counter. I had quite a few photos to print so I approached the counter asking the best way to do this. I was advised to use the self service counter which is fine because I wasn’t in a rush. Nearly 2 hours in and only half way through printing my photos it stopped working. I tried to seek help at the counter but was told they I had done it all wrong and that they couldn’t help me. Super disappointing. Gonna take the rest of my printing elsewhere.
Had to get two copies of an email. Freya helped me brilliantly. Downloaded the particular attachment. Printed out two copies. Total cost 40 cents. Such a nice polite energetic young lass. Freya was amazing. And for such a small sale. Brilliant. Thank you
Bought an ex display phone which unfortunately didn't work but a very easy refund process and bought a replacement straight away.
