The customer service was outstanding. They were so helpful to my son and I making sure we got the best products and prices. Rachel was so helpful and friendly, very warm, she made me feel that my customer experience along with getting the right products was important. Adam went above and beyond with his customer service, nothing was a problem for him, I was thrilled. All the staff last Sunday morning were warm and friendly. Whoever their manager is they can rest assured they are doing a good job! I would definitely go to them again for bedding needs.

We recently purchased a bed from Captain Snooze in Fitzroy. We were served by Matthew and he was exceptional, he helped us navigate our options and was genuinely interested in helping us find a bed to suit our needs and budget. Our bed was delivered within the time specified. We ran into some difficulty putting the bed together (to say the least!). We spoke to Adam, the store manager, who came around to our house out of hours to try and help us sort out the problem. He was able to source a new part for the bed that we needed and then returned to our house, again in his own time, to put it all together. Needless to say the team at Captain Snooze Fitzroy went above-and-beyond to ensure that we were happy with our purchase and the after-sales service we experienced was truly a credit to Adam and his team. We couldn't speak more highly of them, if you're after a new bed these guys are the ones to go to!

Love our new Sealy mattress and base. Service was good, staff was friendly and the RACV discount helped to save more even during sales. Only problem was that delivery took almost 2 weeks although bed was in stock, as part-time couriers were booked out. Should have opened up more delivery days rather than queuing people up. Anyway when the delivery guys came, they were on-time, and friendly and helpful.
