Phone delays-Why do you advertise  local stores on Website ie Contact Alexandra store  when you only go to National call centre. Then you are put into  a call list  to wait over a I/2 hour to be put through to the localstore. Why not show local store Number on the localWebsite Rvds

Paid for a couch, told there is 1 in distribution center already so delivery would be either the coming Wednesday if not the following Monday, which fitted in with holidays and not being at work. Monday, rang store to ask when it will be delivered that day and they have it in the books to be delivered later in the week when back at work...now have to organize time off work on first day back to be here for a delivery I was obviously lied to about when it would be here....not happy and boss will be fuming

As far as a shopping experience goes this is a bit dry and boring, basic with nothing eye catching.   I had searched their website earlier and knew what they had in stock which was what I was going there for,  but once there I almost argued with salesman as he insisted the product I wanted was not in stock! We had to wait around for the store manager to arrive back to the store before we could get our product.

We recently bought a Vienna 3 seater recliner here. Very happy with the purchase, great service from Jerome and prompt delivery. Would buy here again for sure. Cheers Jake

The store has had extensive changeover inside and it is now more open and very well set out. Well stocked. The staff are always there to greet you. Highly recommend.

Took coffee machine in to be sent to Christchurch for repair at least two weeks ago only to find it has been still sitting there and not sent.  Not impressed.
