I've had 2 devices fixed here, an iPhone 6+ and an iPad 5th Generation. Both were sent due to cracked screens. When both devices came back, everything was alright, at first. The iPhone's screen would sometimes distort and 1 month later my phone just broke. The iPad came back alright as well but a couple days later I noticed that the WiFi was really slow and the Bluetooth was also very bad. I think they tampered with something...

Had my 08 Mac upgraded and xtra ram added so I was very nervous as I also required it to retain all data for my profession and had heard horror stories about what can happen. I came away one very happy customer having had the most exceptional service from the first email from Ingrid to the last guided tour of my "new" Mac with Tyler. It is rare these days to receive " have to rave because its so good " customer service and utterly uplifting to do so. I cannot recommend them enough for their professionalism, skills and communications and my Mac is like brand new ( not kidding ) I thoroughly recommend these guys.
