Wow where to start, the pain was horrific and when I called I told them I needed an extraction and dont just want a consultation, but that's what I got, he took expensive xrays then had the audacity to send me next door to nepean radiology for free xrays!! He could have told me that first before charging me for his xrays. So I'm in immense pain and told me he couldn't do the extraction until the next day anyway which was not what I was told over the phone - he didn't even give me a prescription for any pain killers for the night. Went in the next morning for extraction feeling beyond extremely anxious for the procedure he gave me the weakest sedative and this is where the nightmare began. He was extremely rough with the numbing injections hitting my jaw bone a couple of times. Anyway as he yanked and pulled and twisted to remove my Millar I went into shock in the chair I was shaking convulsively and dripping with sweat, he didn't stop just kept going the only person concerned about the state I was in was the kind dental nurse and of course me! He ended up breaking the tooth off from the roots and left them in there. I didn't care I couldn't get out of there fast enough! I don't know what the other dentist in the surgery are like but the dentist with the thick accent I would steer clear of!
