I had been experiencing a very painful wisdom tooth infection for a few weeks which had become unbearable over one weekend. I was able to get an appointment with Dr Raj within 72 hours. The surgery itself was surprisingly painless and extremely fast...I didn't feel a thing during the procedure! Dr Raj was also very knowledgable and was able to adapt his approach based on my situation as my infection was very deep and could potentially impact the nerves. I was also given a full set of painkillers and mouth wash as part of the aftercare. I will be going back for all future my checkups and dental services.
I have several consultations at different clinics and after comparing, I finally chose forma smile & beauty. Dr. Raj is very responsible and he even did the 3D scan for me himself. The consultation lasted 40 minutes and I asked a lot of questions, Dr. Raj is very patient in answering every question. At the other clinic, the nurse did the 3D scan for me, which was very unprofessional and caused me a lot of pain, including the consultation, which was not done by the doctor himself, and ended up only talking to me for a few minutes, and finally charged me £95 for the consultation. I really think it unbelievable. Dr. Raj is really responsible and helped me to revise my plan many times, and answered every email carefully and promptly, even answering my emails at 11pm on Christmas Day. So I really recommend this clinic!
I was recommended Forma Smile by my sister and I’m extremely pleased I listened to her. During my year and a half treatment, I was glad to have regular checkups with Dr Raj, who provided a very good personal service and was willing to listen any concerns. I am over the moon with the results and feel confident again. Many thanks to Dr Raj and his friendly assistants.
After considering Invisalign treatment for many months and deciding which dental practise to go with - I eventually decided upon going with Forma Smile. I’m now three months into my Invisalign journey and I can’t express how happy I am that I choose them! Right from my first visit I was incredibly impressed with the overall professionalism and genuine care I felt from the team. Dr. Raj really took the time to explain in detail the Ins and outs of the overall treatment and I really made me feel like he approaches each case with a high regard for each patients specifications. His extensive knowledge and experience was felt right from the get go. I still have a long way to go until my treatment is complete but I feel very relaxed and confident it will continue to be a smooth and satisfactory experience.
I started my invisalign treatment nine months gao. During my treatment, Dr Raj is very responsible and give detailed answers to any questions I have. His assistant Alejandra is also very patient. So the treatment has been going well during these months.
I have started my Invisalign treatment for 3 months. Dr Raj is a really nice dentist who answered my questions patiently and fully respected my desicions.
Dr Raj is by far the best orthodontist I've been to! Specifically emphasising this as I've had many traumatic experiences with dentists in the past. Could not recommend him and his team enough. I was one of the patients that suffered from the poor job that was done at finest dental and was left hanging with no answers. Dr Raj took me on from there, restarted my whole treatment and supported me immense amounts throughout the whole journey and I cannot thank him enough for it. It's been a long ride for me and I'm so pleased with the final results.
Went to Forma as my partner is doing Invisalign with Dr Kumar, I came in originally for an x ray to see what needed doing, I was sat down and carefully talked through my plan, I would highly recommend as it he has been excellent and extremely helpful throughout!
I had consulted with a number of dentists / orthodontists before selecting Raj, as he does all the scans and check ups personally and was patient with all of my concerns and questions. I'd highly recommend Forma Smile!
Dr Kumar is extremely knowledgeable, personable and reassuring during dental appointments. The practice is very responsive and Dr Kumar has been happy to answer any questions I have via email and goes above and beyond the service I would typically expect from a dentist. I would definitely recommend this practice.
