I would like to say thanks to doctor Dr Nasser and his team for doing an awesome job on my root canals.. He constantly asked if I was ok and made sure I was not feeling any pain..The work he did is phenomenal! I can't thank him enough.. and the customer service was awesome. The moment you walk in, you're treated like family.. I’m very appreciative of everything he and his team.. I can honestly say this is the only dental clinic I will ever go to..

The two stars rating I've given are solely for the female dentist who tended to me. Have not had a good track record with dentists in the past unfortunately and this place was no different. Like everything in life, I suppose you have to try a few people before you decide on someone suitable. Because I had my misgivings about dentists already going on past experiences, I had gone to this place purely because of a recommendation from another dentist, that the principal and proprietor of the clinic Dr. Nasser was a reputable and more than capable dentist who was very up on his skills. He seemed to know what he was doing. The thing that unsettled me about him was that he seemed to have added substantial charges (for example, unnecessary x-ray in excess of $200) to my already hefty bill after we had agreed on a particular price. He already charges well beyond the market average. When questioned on this, the answers he gave were wishy-washy and he also had to consult with his receptionist (while i was put on hold over the phone) to make sure his answer was consistent with the answer she gave me. Whenever you get the sense that anyone, even a medical professional, is trying to pull one over you and charge unnecessary charges, that's when you know the person has no integrity, even if his hands-on skills are satisfactory. Mid-consultation as well, when i said i would go ahead with the first treatment, he arranged for an existing appointment of his to be cancelled, overhearing his conversation with his receptionist. I don't know if that is common practice by dentists to slot a customer in that has just come in (and presumably paying more as it's a bigger job) and cancel the existing booking that another customer already had, but that too didn't sit well with me. It's almost as if the customer who is paying more, gets priority. If i put myself in the shoes of that other customer having my appointment cancelled for someone else, I'd be pissed. All things considered, I decided to not attend further appointments with this dentist. I was also tended to by another junior female dentist there and she was quite good but i guess she doesn't have those cynical traits that an already established dentist would have. He's obviously been in the industry a long time and is used to gaming people now. The thing is, you think you are gaming people, but the customer knows what you are up to so you lose in the end because you don't get return business, they certainly don't refer you to their friends and you basically rubbed someone up the wrong way. If we can't even hold our medical professionals up to a high standard with regard to decency of behaviour, then that's pretty sad. i hope karma pays you a visit.

I feel grateful to have had a very professional advice and every possible option to be considered before treatment. Sometimes the surgery can be busy but is a very small issue due to the good reputation of this surgery in the community and the "word of mouth" feedback and recommendations. Thank you very much Dr Nasser for the excellent treatment done, and your staff that I believe is a great asset of the surgery :) I highly recommend Smile line, Dr Nasser and his team; affordable treatment with a top quality service!

I got all my wisdom teeth removed in one go under local anaesthetic by Dr E. Boustani, and felt virtually no pain the next day! Dr Boustani also removed a cavity I had. The process of getting a filling caused immense discomfort with my previous dentist, leaving me quite scared to go through the process again. However, this time, I was left feeling unscathed by what I would have thought to be another traumatic experience. I highly recommend Smileline Dental for anyone who like myself, finds visiting the dentist terrifying. Thank you Dr Boustani, for being such a pleasant and skilled dentist! :)
