Receptionist was very rude. I was told it is bulk billing on phone, But thats only for healthcare and pensioners..Medicare not included. Realised that only when that receptionist called me back from the parking area and asked me to pay $109... she didn’t even respond to my acknowledgment on my way out and her sarcastic look while I was paying was not meant for a receptionist. Not coming back not recommended

I prefer Strathpine Smart Clinic because of the professionalism displayed by my doctor and the staff. Certainly a friendly helpful place.

I was kept waiting for 35 minutes past my appointment time and wasnt told there going to be any delay, i asked the receptionist how much longer it would be and her response was i am next.... i wont be returning to this practice as i dont think they care about thier patients.

First dealing: reception staff were more focused on their private conversation than their work. Then was finally seen 45 minutes after my appointment time with no acknowledgement or apology from reception staff. Second dealing: staff did not care enough to change recorded message on a Sunday to state that they were CLOSED! Which meant that I was on hold for two periods of 20 minutes, being reassured that the next available person would be with me shortly. Except they wouldn't because they were CLOSED! There are a multitude of other clinics in the Strathpine area including a couple of new ones recently opened. Try these or drive to another suburb.

Medical staff were great, and i found the receptionist to be friendly and helpful!
