Sally is the rudest person I've come across. She should ber compassionate and helpful for the patients. She is regularly sarcastic and doesn't say goodbye on the phone. She just hangs up. This puts you in a bad mood as you are already sick and wanting an appointment. She treats any mistake as a slight against herself. I'd like to see her go.
UPDATE - Please read the whole text here... Important. Initially I wrote... Pretty poor experience again - Waiting for nearly an hour despite having a booking. Then, Dr. Rath seems to be very pressed for time as I was again rushed through the "long" appointment with "rapid fire" answers to the questions I had and no written answers, so much of what I was told was forgotten. This is not "Care" it is "Processing" - I assume the operating costs are an issue to justify cattle class processing..... End of initial feedback But wait, there is more... I should clarify a few items here which might have been misinterpreted,. I by no means wish to put Dr. Rath's reputation or his skill or professionalism under question, as he appears very competent and engaging to me Professional Engineer so I wish to make that clear! I believe that he and the other clinic members are pushed to extremes due to the Government Health Care SUPPORT ? of such clinics, for them to remain operational - The Government arranged Medicare system forces these good people into hurrying Processing patients through their appointments, most likely against the practitioner's and staff's desires and satisfaction. My early comments might have been fuelled by my disappointment of what I expected to received, but my foundations of those thoughts seem to me now to be misguided - My apologies Dr. Rath and staff for any offence I may have caused. You guys, and many like you, need Medicare reform and support to provide good care systems. This modified statement was not instigated by anyone other than myself, on hearing recent news of Medicare issues in this state.
A fantastic practice that provides exceptional level of care and service. Dr Rath has built an amazing surgery with an exceptional team of skilled doctors. My doctor is Dr Asiye and she provides an incredible level of care. I always feel my son and I are well cared for and I always feel reassured that at a moments notice if there is an emergency with my son they can always see him straight away. I could not recommend this surgery more highly.
We had an outstanding first experience yesterday with Dr Owen Spratt. Even though the practice was having technical issues and our booking was missed they still fit us in promptly and we did not feel rushed at all. Dr Owen took the time to make my 7 yr old daughter feel comfortable and relaxed even though she was in a lot of pain. She has said “he’s the best doctor ever I want to come back tomorrow”. Thanks so much Brendale Medical Centre and Doctor Spratt, we will definitely be back.
I honestly cannot recommend this centre and in particular, Dr Penny, highly enough. After just one visit, that I booked randomly as the centre was close to work, I felt myself leaving with a sense that a weight had been lifted. For the first time in my life I felt a doctor actually listened, empathised and cared about my issues. I received prompt follow ups from Penny herself and genuine follow through from the front office staff too. It’s worth every penny you pay.
I went to this clinic on 14/03/22 For a work cover injury. Dr Owen Spratt was very thorough and the reception staff very friendly and extremely helpful. I will be back as a patient for personal. And highly recommended this practice.
Such a wonderful practice. I have been there 3 times now and each time I call or arrive the reception staff go above & beyond to be helpful, despite how busy they are. I also love how wonderful the drs here are. Had my iron infusion done here today & the best experience by far out of any, the dr was incredibly & the nurse was extremely helpful & lovely too. Extremely impressed. Highly recommended.
I were 5 y ago with Dr. Kamelya. She is one of the best gp I have here in Australia since I arrived. I couldn’t see doctor sympathy and care about her health client. I loved to give my review to the best doctor Kamelya as since I moved to the coast , my doctor never care about my health and give me the time what she did with me. The clinic and the staff very friendly and all professional in there job.
Very bad experience getting my booster with Dr Rath. Was very frantic when talking to me. Gave me the shot and THEN asked if I was in for my 3rd dose of Pfizer, lucky I was. Won't be coming back.
We have been coming here seeing Dr Maya since our kids were very young and without doubt she is the best family Dr we have ever had. She takes the time to listen and is very thorougher in her work. The only hard thing is she is popular and booked out often. We are very happy to come here for all of our GP needs.
