All was going well until installation. The installers are paid on an a flat fee so ripped into the job all guns blazing so they could finish early which was admitted to me and I was initially happy with. The job was okay but little bits and pieces simply missed. I asked for a roll of insulation to be left with me so I could patch it up but have heard nothing back.
Great job, from the Taranaki Team, especially the installers. Very friendly. They turned up on time, told me how the morning would go, asked me when turning the power on and off. They cleaned up and even offered to vacuum the inside area of the house. Very Professional. Great Job. Thanks.
Great communication and on time for appointments so didn’t put us out due to work commitments. Final product was fast to install and no complaints. Thank you
short version......two days wasted waiting for these guys to show up both days rang when they were over an hour late and was told they would be there then no shows and no phone call. They don't seem to care to be honest I ended up getting a quote from someone else and had it done by them instead Have since had a phone call which was appreciated thankyou and would like to add that when I had my quote done by Blair I was very pleased and he was lovely to deal with hopefully the team can follow suit
