Worst business I've ever dealt with. They came to our place to do a quote. They spent approximately half an hour fixing something, stuck around for 2.5 hrs extra (supposedly to do diagnostic work) then did not contact us for 2 months (even after we tried to contact them multiple times). When they finally replied to us they said they didn't want to do the job and charged us for 3 hours (plus materials and travel). Other than the minor fix-up we received nothing, not even a quote or a diagnostic report we could pass on to a better plumber. We have now got a much better plumber in to diagnose and follow through with the job. Unfortunately we rushed into choosing this company and have been told by multiple people since that they are dodgy. Wouldn't even recommend this poor excuse for a business to my worst enemy.
