Since my previous review Smart Energy did get in touch and have arranged a fix. Happy with all this now.

Dreadful company. No communication, no follow up. We were given a quote and then the salesman dropped off the face of the Earth. Never got back with an install time or even to answer our follow up questions. Complained to the company, they told me the manager would give me a call right away to find out what went wrong. Two days later, nothing. I'd find another company if I were you.

Had smart vent and insulation, price was competitive, job was done on time when they said it would be and now our house is warmer with no condensation. Installers were friendly and knew what they were talking about. Recommended.

This is the worst company to deal with. Quotes are given and not honoured. Staff do not get back to you. The company over commits funding and thrn cancels job's. It's a mess.
If you also look arround you will find the unit price is about $10 more expensive than others
