This Signature Franchise and its manager Allan Moore cannot be trusted. I was kicked out of here today for asking for payment of a large amount they owe for services rendered.  I have found there are honest building companies around who operate on much lower margins so you can get a better home for less cost than here.

Beware of this dodgy business,  An Alex Greig from the manukau branch tried to con my parents for a hefty $150,000 - $200,000. He quoted them them the normal price (about $200,000) to build a 2 bedroom flat out the back of their property, but when we were moving to the next step he told them it would cost a further $150,000 - $200,000 just to connect up the utilities! I was so shocked and disappointed that someone from a business like this would try to con elderly people like this. So please beware and do not use this dodgy company
