Reported an issue in August on a sofa bought from their Denton branch, have called them almost every week since and still nothing has been solved. Booked time off work for the upholsterer and they never turned up. Customer service is terrible and not helpful at all. Asked for compensation as we've had a damaged sofa for months and they said it makes no difference to them as they already have their money from the finance company. Terrible service, are amazing on the buildup to taking your money and after that they don't do anything about the terrible quality of their products. Would not recommend.
Ordered sofas from here in October, was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. Called after 5 weeks for an update and was told sofas will be delivered next week so got my old sofas removed. Another 3 weeks on and after various false promises no sofas with nowhere to sit at home!
Truly amazing customer service . I called into the store on Oldham rd..Ashton . It was Friday late doors I explained I had been let down by an eBay seller. I chose a sofa, paid and asked if it could be delivered the day after, albeit short notice. The day after the sofa arrived and wouldn’t fit through the door . The guys were so nice they went away and brought tools to remove the window, all done with a smile and a pleasant attitude . I am over the moon I have a gorgeous sofa at a brilliant price also ! I cannot recommend enough ..
Excellent range of sofas, chair, beds etc, top quality, really great prices, wish I knew about this place b4. Only looks a small outlet from outside, but it's massive inside , will defo go back there again

Wide range of sofas. Very helpful and friendly staff, delivery was on time. We were lucky to meet the 3 Amigos when our sofas arrived. Great guys. Would defnitely recommend a visit.
Ordered a sofa table from there, when asked about picking the sofa table up, they said they would take the sofa table to the car, not to worry. My husband went to pick it up today, the product was not covered in anything wrapped up it comes with a glass top, he wasn’t told that the glass top is not sealed to the table and also there was no tape or anything to hold the glass top down to the table to bring home. When husband asked for them to take to the car the European lady refused to send anyone to help when asked about the table not being wrapped up, she was rude and said “no that’s how you have to take it” when hubby said am not happy with your service she said “that’s ok” My husband unaware the glass top not sealed, while bringing the sofa table inside the house he had to tilt the table to get it through the doors, the glass top fell on my 8 year olds foot and broke!!!!! I have bought previously from Oldham sofa outlet the same sofa table and that is and was sealed. How was he supposed to know that you did not seal it! If you had wrapped it up like the way you should have, as it’s a brand new product we bought and paid a good amount of money, then my son wouldn’t have been injured. When I called and spoke to the European lady, she was not helpful at all, she said she can’t do anything and that I have to speak to the manager on Monday!!!
Wow what a choice I went in for a fabric suite and ended up buying a beautiful leather 3 seater and 2 seater . Chris was most helpful , can deliver the day after we move into our new house , Thankyou for your service.
We recently bought a suite from here. No pressured selling. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Paul for his help 10/10 for customer service. We would highly recommend this company.
