Great range & customer service is excellent. Shop local it's more satisfying.
Over the last 10 months I've purchased 2 pairs of sneakers ASIC Gel Nimbus and New Balance just under $500. The New Balance wore through in under 3 months. I took them in, had photos taken and was told approx a week for NB to assess. I followed up over 2 weeks later, when I was asked to bring them back in again, which I questioned? We have had issues with NB recently we need to see them again??? I had to leave work early to make opening hours only to be told that the assessment was decline and they didn't need to see them at all? Apparently with 2 - 3 staff, the shop is that busy that maybe ? someone didn't see an email over the last few days - REALY? Poor customer service!
Have been shoping in this store for years. Great service, friendly staff and always willing to go that bit extra. Highly recommend.
Best staff, best sports equiptment, lots of different products and the staff will help you with what you need.Theres not more you can ask for at a sports store.
Just went in for a browse and they have the friendliest staff. Paul was a great bloke. Would recommend.
