Was recommended Splash from a colleague for quick good quality haircuts. Went in after a shift today and was greeted by receptionist and sat down quickly for a cut, can’t fault the customer service. But the quality of haircut I received was awful. I asked for just a back and sides, simple taper/fade, nothing crazy. And was left with a harsh line high up on the back, and the line isn’t even straight! See pic I’m sure it’s luck of the draw with the barbers and had I been with someone else I would have been fine, but I expect to be able to walk in to a salon and entrust that any barber will do a good job. Didn’t even trust that they could fix the problem they caused so I’ve now got to go to another barber and pay again to have someone fix their mess!

I had a really good experience here. The staff were really friendly, they greeted me and the stylist assisted me straight away! I showed him the sort of colour I wanted and he was really helpful, picked out a good option for me, and did a great job! I love my new hair colour and I will definitely be back soon! Amy was lovely, my hair looks so much healthier after the cut. A little shorter than intended but maybe it was needed. She even put in the effort to give me a voluminous, curly blowout. For the price, I am stunned.  Will definitely come back :Service:&nbsp;Blowdry

Went yesterday for an hair cut, I received nothing of what i asked! My hairstylist had 6 years experience and i don t know how is possible to receive an haircut that bad!! Maybe was just my hairstylist, but I won’t recommend this place. Picture shows the gaps i have just in one side, other side same thing. This place is hit and miss.  I’ve had amazing cuts from margarita I believe but the last one. “A low fade number 1” was an abomination.    From a “ barber” called “K”.  Zero blending or fading and now walking round like a mushroom!!! See photo!!     Splash how do you expect me to Come Back after this? I hope you root out the awful barbers as it is dragging down your standards

My go-to place for a cheap and cheerful trim.  The hairdressing staff constantly rotate and don't always have great English but are invariably friendly and eager to please.  With a bit of patience you can get a great value walk-in cut.

Based on previous experience I would have rated higher, however the past year the service has gotten worse. My most recent experience resulted in the barber listening to none of my instructions and he was also antagonising throughout. He turned me away from the mirror so I couldn’t see and then processed to shave my hair much shorter than agreed. When feedback was given he complained and in the end I gave up, he was also super rough around ten ears and disregarded when I asked him to be more careful. I paid and mentioned that it was not a good service and left, however it is extremely disappointing considering what a great and easy spot it used to be.

I had the best experience. Great haircut! I had mine cut by Sakrina, and she did an AMAZING job. I asked for volume and that’s exactly what I got! Also the price is incredible! Cannot wait to go back!Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

It was my first haircut at Splash. I totally love it . Especially hair stylist Emma she's super friendly ,nice and did amazing hair cut. I would recommend Emma at all the time.

I come to this salon 100% for the amazing Emma!!! I have been going to her for blowouts and styling 1-2 times a week for over a year! She does my hair perfectly every single time. I’ve even now moved to a new neighbor but will continue coming to Splash Soho just for her and her skills! Not to mention, she is so sweet and kind; always makes you feel relaxed and well taken care of! I can’t recommend Emma enough!
