Old fashioned barber shop, have been visiting for years. Philip the barber is very friendly and engaging. Does a very good job. Only downside is that he closes 2 days a week now.

Perfect old school barber. Walk in no worries. Got a good cut with a great chat and cut throat razor to the back of the neck. He ran a cottoned comb through hair at the end to grab all the little hair bits which was a nice touch.
At only $23 a cut, you're simply not gunna have a better time than Phillip's in West End. The ladies were gushing over me after I walked out. I finally lost my virginity coz of my sweet do, and i owe it all to you, Mr. Phillip.
