Though a small play area for kids but I loved the walking n sitting most . You won't find many people roaming around so can be good if you like to have few moments of calmness : though not guranteed every time. Oh yes, it has a small duck pond as well ..lucky you
A delightful park, with plenty of space, picnic tables, the river, and a children's playground. Very peaceful as there are no noisy roads nearby.
Lovely area. We had a picnic with our 3month old. Lots of shade under the trees. A nice playground i look forward to using when my bubs is older. A few picnic tables scattered around. There is a public toilet block as well if needed. And plenty of space to run around. Lots of people out with the dogs so that was fun to watch too.
Small park but nice place to go to with kids. There is a large field as well to play rugby or soccer!
Had my sons soccer tournament here . First time visiting this park also and it was a beautifully laid out park for soccer . Heaps of a space, parking spots and facilities available were clean and tidy .

Stay healthy with a stroll or a walk at this park. Dogs are welcome.
Great park and playground, right close to the beautiful Hutt river. Took me time to realize you have to keep driving past the Bob Scott retirement village roundabout to get to the park. There are picnic tables next to the playground and easy walks on a gravel path from the car park. Also a small boat ramp to launch and access the Hutt river, a lovely, tranquil spot.
It's calm. No hustle bustle. You can enjoy nature and relax while kids can have fun in the playground. Beautiful lake flowing through the park
