An absolutely flawless and luxurious stay!nIf you are looking for a premium experience, I cannot recommend SkyCity Auckland highly enough. We recently booked one of their suites, and the entire stay completely exceeded our expectations from check-in to check-out.nThe Suite & AtmospherenOur suite was exceptionally well appointed and incredibly spacious. It offered a generous amount of separate living and dining space, which made it feel like a true luxury apartment. The interiors were beautifully modern, sleek, and sophisticated, perfectly complemented by fantastic views of the city. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed and highly premium, right down to the spacious bathroom that featured a fantastic bathtub for relaxing after a long day.nImpeccable CleanlinessnI have high standards for hotel cleanliness, and the room was absolutely spotless and meticulously well maintained. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition—room cleaning was done regularly throughout our stay, and they cleaned the suite exceptionally well every single time, ensuring the space always felt fresh and welcoming to return to.nDining & ServicenWe opted for in-room dining on one of the nights, and the service was wonderfully quick. The food arrived promptly, beautifully presented, and was exactly what we needed. What really tied the whole experience together, however, was the incredible staff. Every team member we encountered was genuinely friendly, polite, and very helpful with any requests or questions we had.nFrom the immaculate, modern room to the quick room service and the warm, outstanding staff, SkyCity Auckland runs a spectacular operation. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly for anyone wanting a five-star experience in the city. We will definitely be returning!

We had an amazing stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time in skycity hotel . The location was perfect, right next to the Sky Tower, making it very convenient to explore the city.nWe were celebrating my two daughters' birthdays, and the thoughtful birthday card delivered to the room was a lovely touch that made our stay even more special. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-presented.nA special thank you to Brittney Solomon and Misha for their warm welcome, kindness, and exceptional service. They were both incredibly helpful and made us feel valued throughout our stay.nThank you again for making our family celebration so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

An absolute must-do when visiting Tāmaki Makaurau! The panoramic 360-degree views of the city skyline, the harbor, and the Hauraki Gulf are simply breathtaking. We loved walking on the clear glass floor panels and looking straight down to the streets below. The elevator ride up is super fast and smooth. Highly recommend visiting right before sunset so you can see the city by day and watch it light up at night!

Stayed from 08-14 March. Too massive as connected via sky bridge to Grand hotel and The Horizons BUT services too personalised.nnExcellent check in efficient service. You don’t feel the queue. Easy to find your room and bfast place even though at first it felt like a maze.nnGreat offering on the compliments of the venue. All blacks merchandise, the theatres museum etc. The access to sky tower that we took advantage to do after conference ends at 5pmnnIdeal location to access the best and easy to get a uber ride to anywhere far from hotel. Walk down to queen street for movies and easy to shop from close by Mall and street shops.nnWill definitely return with my family to experience the same. We left not having enough of the place. It’s like you’re in a world of your own with too much to do enjoy in addition to business meetings and conference at the NZICC at the Horizons.nnA must to visit - can stay at horizons and grand to experience the same.nnHave that in my bucket list fr my family. First time here. Signed up to become a member you have to if you want to play the pokies and was so easy as they have kiosks to do so. All you need is a driver's license/passport. Process takes 5-10mins. Had a beautiful dinner here as well and left with a $300 profit to take back to Australia. Love this Casino. Staff were extremely helpful and extremely pleasant too! Would definitely recommend coming here
