Superb food. Awesome chaat platter best ever. Been long since i had sooo good chat. Food took me back home to india. So fresh and delicious value for money. Portions very large and tasty too. Kudos to chef. The front staff also very good nice service with smile and follow all hygiene protocols. Will come again and highly recommend to all… thanks tonne
Excellent taste in the food. Wait time is a little high after you order for food We had to wait atleast for half hour. They have two car parks and one car park for wheelchair assisted person. Good and clean bathrooms. Very loud music and can be a little disturbing.
My first time at Shivani was an enjoyable eating experience, a friendly lady at the ordering counter steered me in the direction of a Masala Dosa, after I asked for something not spicy. The Masala Dosa came with two sauces, coconut, and tomato, and a dipping soup, it was delicious, I will be back Update: back for a Rosana Thali, wow so delicious, pics attached

Just had the worst food ever. Clearly waste of money. Freaking waited for more then half n hour extra but still got the ready to eat food. First as always service is less then poor. Didn’t even gave me my complete order. Have to drive freaking 20kms to get rest of my order. And guy i talked was so great that didn’t even looked at me and just gave me what they have left or already cooked. I was embarrassed in-front of my guests. I understand they are busy but at least have courage to inform perfect time and food. Food I ordered was literally worst. Seems like they cooked it yesterday and selling it today. Also as usual no one picked up my more then 10 calls.Today is Diwali. I did not wanted to ruin this special day for anyone but i had to do it. But anyway just like every other reviews or complains this one will also be ignored. But i will never step foot in this store again. Wish u a very happy diwali..!!!!
Worst spring roll I have ever tasted , taste was soo bad and way too much oily may be the oil wasn’t fresh and filling inside wasn’t that great . Even Chinese takeout sell’s better then these….
TL;DR: Average food and overpriced! Staff members don't greet you or have any enthusiasm. Food is so average and yet the pricing is much higher than what you get. Not only that, you also have to wait forever to get your food. The food is not quite authentic but it's okay, it's not the worst out there. Food is under seasoned and not that fresh. Parking: Only 3 parking spots
One of the best vegetarian Indian restaurants in Auckland when it comes to food and prices. However seems heavily limited on staff because orders always take a while to arrive. Even though the serving staff is nice, the service could be better as well.
Staff members don't greet you on arrival, have a grim look on their face most of the time. Food is extremely average for the price, could be so much better. Wait time and customer service needs some serious upgrade. Although overall presentation and ambience is okay, there could be more done in terms of creating a happening vibe.
Not gonna lie, delicious food, served nicely. Neat and clean restaurant. Staffs really good when ever I’ve visited. Would recommend everybody to visit once and experience it by themselves. Vegetarian options: I’ve ate almost every vegetarian dish so, it’s hard to say which one.
