Friendly and accommodating staff members if you go through their drive thru; otherwise, horrible experiences. Two of their staff at the counter ignored me despite making multiple eye contacts. The drink they gave me also not full - the picture is taken as soon as I get it from the counter. The awesome dispenser is now gone. They new design looks modern but it's not warrant stealing the drink that customer paid for.
Very well prepared meal, haven't been here for years.nVery busy restaurant had crumbs over tables, chairs and floor but also about 10 kids running around everywhere due to school holidays. Kids and mess go together.....nWill try again outside of holidays.
I had a delightful experience with this Burger King, the staff were lovely, the food was freshly made other than the chicken fries being maybe just a little too old. I love how the steakhouse range gives two tomatoes in your burger, the mustard was heavy in some places but the bbq sauce evened it out. The curly fries were perfectly crisp and pillowy and mixed with a touch of sweet and sour it couldn’t be better
We bought our lunch for our kids, and we ordered the King Coupon B22 which includes 1x Crispy Chicken Burger, 1x Creamy Mayo Cheeseburger, and 1x Small Fries , and we ordered a couple other combos as a takeaway. When we got home to feed the kids we noticed that there is only 1 Crispy Chicken Burger and there was no Creamy Mayo Cheeseburger. We are truly disappointed by this service and atmosphere, and they didn't even put an receipt. They should check the order before giving it to their customers, we didn't have time to go back and get the burger, very bad service.
