Actually...staff very respectful and smiles mean a lot..when its raining and its school holiday and...everyone is around!! BUT...absolutely lovely staff.. I counted 4 ..1 on front reception one on the driveway..2 putting food together. Love.nnAnd they cleaned toilet everywhere..very sprinkly.nnThank-you. I'd definitely go there regularly
I tried to order a game day bundle and when i got my order everything was totally wrong, no sundae, no nuggets, no frozen coke, wrong burger for one of them. When i asked why it was wrong i got told “idk Im sorry, we can only do chips that how our store is.” The male filipino worker didn't even take my code when i was trying to give it to him. And when i told him that doesn’t sound right, its on the website so you should be honouring it, he said idk sorry. That very upsetting and frustrating, now i have to eat 4 lots of chips instead of trying to enjoy what i ordered? Horrible service, do better for your customers because i come here all the time and now I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied. Not to mention when he was handing me the bag i nearly dropped it bc it had a rip on it. wish i could give them 0 stars right now
This is the 1st BK without a drink refill stand!nBesides that, this might be the most modern looking bk I've been in.nDid an app order and wasn't too long a wait due to it also being a custom onehash bites instead of fries.nStaff on shift were friendly and provided sauce without asking.nGood was as ordered and no dramas there.
Friendly and accommodating staff members if you go through their drive thru; otherwise, horrible experiences. Two of their staff at the counter ignored me despite making multiple eye contacts. The drink they gave me also not full - the picture is taken as soon as I get it from the counter. The awesome dispenser is now gone. They new design looks modern but it's not warrant stealing the drink that customer paid for.
Needs to be much more friendly especially when serving at the counter.nFeels crowded with the current furniture setting.nNeed to clean the table promptly once customers done
