Waking up to a water front room was just spectacular as was being greeted by a beautiful black swan. The location on the water is unbeatable and it’s a 2 min drive from the local bakery or you can eat at the facilities at the club which is a 2 min, view filled walk. Only drawback is the cleanliness of the cabins 3/5 mouldy bathroom and they are aging and so things needed fixing such as the blinds and one of the front doors didn’t lock. I stayed in a 3 bedroom and the two bunk rooms are incredibly small. They house 6 people however I feel they are more suited to 4 max due to the size of the bunk rooms and only a single, very small bathroom. Also note no dishwasher which was a surprise and would make it very tricky of you had 6 people in the cabin. As a solo traveller please note there is no blind in the kitchen which leaves you feeling exposed at night. PLEASE NOTE NO WIFI which was a shock in this day and age. Overall, if you’re after an affordable stay on the water with a cabin that has everything you could need, I would highly recommend but temper your expectations of the room standard

Nice enough park, but for one that’s at the pricier end of the spectrum for a powered site, you’d think they’d spend some money and provide wifi like almost every other park in Australia. Absolutely no wifi and not much else to do. If you’re combining work with leisure, as we did, be prepared to hotspot all devices to your phone.nNo point bringing kids with you either, even the ironically named, “Tunzafun” conveniently located across the road is perpetually closed, rumour has it, it occasionally opens on weekends.

My partner and I just spent three nights with our small Avan on a powered site.nWe had a great quiet spot down by the water and found the amenities to be very good and the club itself to offer great meals and a lovely bar/outside deck areas.nFirst time back in the region for over twenty years and we were very impressed.

I stayed here with a friend of mine on the weekend to see a show that was at the resort and we stayed in a 3 bedroom cabin here, the locaton of the cabin was fantastic, right in the lake, and was beautiful weather, the cabin had self contained facilities, and a great balcony and confortable beds, the cleanliness was a bit to be desired, I understand because of the high turnover of guest things can get missed but there was actual rubbish left under the beds and shopping tags and the walls were scuffed.nnThe location is fantastic in the township and the staff were lovely and helpful and the facilites are awesome and would defintley recommend and return again

Not alot of activities within the oark unless you bring your own. Also no wifi in the caravan park. Location was great for a quiet get away and id be happy to sit back and chill but with teenage kids, you need to bring stuff with you for them to do as there wasn't really anything there fir themnnWe won't return until kids are no longer holidaying with us or we buy a boat
