Very Disappointed! Terrible Experience!!nI Have booked the appointment at 8 o’clock in the morning for my 6 and half months old daughter, we were here around 7:40 am, but till 9 o’clock we still waiting for doctor to come, we just got advised from Team that doctor running late due to traffic,, really 1 hour still counting…nnI don’t mind to wait but for 6 and half months baby…really!!nWhile writing this review I am still waiting….
Chloe from SKG Subiaco has excellent customer service skills , efficient , great attitude and patience.nI appreciate her help in regards to sorting out my MRI troubles.
Second time with a horrible experience.nI’ve called to get a quote for an exam and mentioned my details.nI had to ask more than 3 times to make sure the cost was correct and in the end was informed twice the price from when I first called.nThe attendees are definitely working on an automatic basis and not listening to each patient specificity.
After several messages confirming my appointment for an MRI. We drove for three hours on a walking pace freeway only to be informed I did not actually have an appointment. Apologies don't cut it
I had an HSG procedure at SKG Subiaco. Staff both the nurse and the Doctor were very polite and friendly. I was very scared to get this procedure done initially , but I felt very happy at the end as the Nurse took very good care of me. I can’t remember her name, but I just want to thank her for her care .
