Receptionists are plain rude, horrendous customer service. A lot of patients are in pain, and they feel it’s appropriate to ignore people at the counter so they can finish their conversation? This isn’t a retail job, this is healthcare..nnThe radiologist was fantastic but dealing with your snobby receptionists has left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable, Especially when I’m paying over $500 for a CT scan..
I had a ultrasound on my elbow. I found the whole experience quick and efficient. All staff were super friendly.nnIf you work in the city, I got the FREE Purple cat bus from St georges tce after Mill street down to cnr of Thomas & Hamersley road and then it was a quick 8 min walk to the clinic. On the way home, I walked down Rockeby road to Subiaco train station.
Shame about two of receptionists that are employed here if it wasn't for them I would if given 5 stars. As the rest of the staff were lovely. Once I was taken for my procedure.nnNo people skills, rude and just being plain difficult cant even look up to greet customers. I've worked in many different types of customer service and I would be embarrassed to carry myself this way and reconsider my choice of employment perhaps in a job where you dont have to deal with actual people.
I have yearly MRI’s and although extremely confronting I’ve managed to get through it!nWhat helps enormously is someone will calmly keep you informed of the amount of time it will take for each section.nLast Tuesday the young girl forgot to put music on but more importantly did not speak to me once during the whole MRI until the end.nI feel the girl should experience an MRI and hopefully she would then have a better understanding of what they are really like for her patience sake!
Went for my annual MRI and have to say I’m very happy with the service and imaging here. They called prior as they had a cancellation and could move my appointment forward. I couldn’t quite confirm that exactly when I could make it but they took me in when I arrived. Very efficient and kind both in reception and imaging staff. Let me know how things were going and communicated with me during the MRI. It’s pretty crappy having an acoustic neuroma and having nice medical staff along the way just makes it a bit easier. Thanks guys. I would highly recommend you.
