We are a family friendly roller rink & entertainment venue located in Eltham. Please check our web site or like our Facebook page.

Story

Whether you're up for a session, a lesson, or simply want to purchase some new skates, Skaterz is the place for you!

We are located a short 15 minute walk from Eltham Train Station, or alternatively a 30 minute drive from the inner Melbourne city.

Our public general skating sessions during school term are on Thursdays 4.00pm to 6.30pm & Fridays 4.00pm -9.00pm and Saturday & Sundays from 10:30am - 1:30pm & 2:00pm - 5:00pm.

If you've never been on skates or blades before, we recommend coming to one of our beginner classes. For those wanting to learn how to roller blade, we recommend popping in on a Monday or Wednesday from 4:15pm - 5:30pm. We also run a mixed skate and blade class every Saturday & Sunday from 9:15am-10:30am. There is no need to book, just show up 15 minutes early.

What an awesome rink, old school vibes with amazing staff...was my first time there and will definitely be going again. Would be good if they had certain days or times when the older kids can skate like ages 11 and up? but otherwise a great experience!

New ownership here and it's absolutely a great time! It's a great place for new and experienced skaterz to get rolling! Nick and Gary have got this place firing since taking over and it's great to see Gary getting involved with all the guests as well. The venue brings a welcoming vibe with great staff team and lots of fun to be had! Great weekend gig. Perfect for the holidays! Bring the kids and skate on!

I came the other day with my 7 year old who was skating for the first time. My daughter became scared at her first attempt and wanted to leave. A female staff member came up to her. She encouraged her to have a go on the carpet with her assistance. This made my daughter confident to have a skate on the rink on her own. Staff member approached her again with words of encouragement. Handed her some sweets for having a go. This made my daughter very happy and turned it into a positive experience. Great customer service with excellent staff.

Kids always have a good time when they go. However sometimes there can be some moody staff working. I find speaking to the younger staff to be the best point of contact or the blonde lady manager I can't think of her name, she's pretty awesome and I've found her always to give great service and a kind smile.

Great ring, simple lessons, old school vibes, but some very outdated facilities and management. They don’t keep records, so if you misplace a cardboard cheap physical card… there goes $100+ worth of lessons. Also…. 5 minutes late and they said no one could help find my daughter some skates and said she can’t attend the lesson management… or 2 other staff members doing nothing literally could have helped in seconds. VHS has moved on, so have we.
