We entered into this journey not knowing what to expect, general comments from others were 'building is one of the most stressful experiences'. From the first contract signing through to handover we have had a streamline experience. SJ Builders provided a quality, high end product and their quality control is second to none. The continuous communication between ourselves, Santi and site supervisor meant we were always in the picture. Any minor issues were dealt with straight away and never had ugly arguments. A big thank you to Santi for his calm approach and managing the build and coordinating all the trades throughout the build but especially in those last few days so we could get to handover. Another special thank you to supportive office staff for prompt replay of enquiries and clarifications. We would not hesitate to build with SJ Builders again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
