These guys should not be in business! They don’t take any responsibility for the dodgy job they do. My balcony leaked through to the ground floor less than 2 years after construction was completed and they wouldn’t repair until they were taken to the tribunal. Further they will not pick up the phone to talk to you! This company should be operating in Far Kew because that’s exactly what they can do!! Avoid at all costs!!

They should be getting negative stars. I never seen such bad workmanship in my life. Leaking showers, Cracked cornice, Dirty concrete floor and pavers out of lines. Shocking work and they say thats Ok. Dodgy people and never return calls.I think they already make a runner. STAY AWAY!!!!

Thanks to Oviya Homes and the Team from the start to finish of our home. The team helped us with the right decisions because of their knowledge of what is required. The team were great and open to changes that we wanted even after construction had started. I can honestly say the finished product by Oviya Home is high quality; we have a quality home that looks better than the usual project built homes. I can recommend them and would use them again when building another home.

We are building 2 houses through Oviya Homes. Projects have reached lockup stage within 6 weeks. The process was totally stress free so far with a very high quality work
