I went there to have a cold beer in an open outdoor setting on a lovely warm summer evening. But it was all closed in by glass, and even worse, had about six noisy freezing machines spewing freezing air over us. I could not get away from them. I hoped that they would be turned off after the sun went down, and asked the bar staff what time they would go off, but the girl just said "they don't go off". So,I left. And I won't be back.
I'll be going to the Fox rooftop bar in future. It's warm, and open. And friendly.

We were so excited to come here!
Arrived 9.30pm as website and google states closes at 11pm. Arrive to find at least 12 people there to be told by a very dismissive staff member that the bar is closed due to ''manager discretion" because the place was empty. Uh it wasn't empty there were 3 groups there, and we were another group of 3 that wanted to come here and enjoy a place we have been looking forward to trying, won't come back l, waste of time if you don't think customers who travelled all the way into the city to come to your bar to be turned away because of managers discretion is disgusting, clearly no customer satisfaction and lack of caring.good luck keeping your customers

I personally found this rooftop to be a stand out in regards to vibe and staff, in particlar Ben. His knowledge and service is hands down the best I have received. 
Thank you 16 Antlers and Ben for making my time in Brisbane one to remember.

Brilliant hospitality. Even got me another beer when it's was my fault to have dropped it in the first place. Cheers guys for a good 1st impression and your tapas menu is good as well.

I was at 16 Antlers last tues night...Not busy at all..Somehow my order for Barra and chips didnt get put through. i went up after 35 mins to check where order was and was brushed off by a young guy with no customer service or tact. He said  they are just busy downstairs. so i waited another 10mins then he came up to me and said that it seems like my order didnt get put through. i knew it when i went to see the first time. the correct response should have been for him to check it straight away. bar wasnt busy. i blew up of course because i had my child with me and it was now 7pm. he said i was lucky to have her in there as was at his (bar boy) disscression. i had rung tthe day before to check if it was okay as we came down from Sunshine coast. i ended up eating downstairs (which wasnt busy at all. lie bar boy) The customer service by the wonderful Matra D was great..Antlers staff could learn alot from resturant staff..customer service is always the key!!!
