Collected Tesla Model 3 to try the EV Experience while in Perth. Collected at SIXT Perth Airport which is conveniently located beside Terminal 3&4 . Car was clean but not pristine as I have experienced with previous rentals with SIXT & the NRMA’s previous provider. Staff were pleasant. Return today was seamless. The Tesla was quiet and smooth to drive but controls are different to conventional vehicles. Overall a good experience .
Really enjoyed the experience with the staff at Sixt Perth airport. On his own and sick staff partner he handled his job with ease. Thankyou. And the car was a great experience.
I’m trying to return the key. But nobody seems to be bothered to check the car beforehand. I was queueing up and just follow the other customer that return key. Ended up just passing the key to the counter, and that’s that.nnSimple but less guidance.
The model that I had collected was the actual model that I had booked which was great as I've always been given different models whenever I had booked with different rental companies previously. The interior was clean although the exterior had a few scratches which are acceptable to mennThe collection and rental was a breeze and I would totally book with them when I visit Perth again. Rented a Tesla Model 3 from Sixt. On arrival, we had to wait for almost an hour to receive the car even though they had 2 counters opened. The queue was long & Sixt should consider having a priority registrations for their customers who use their Sixt app for bookings. Car was great as how Teslas are as expected. No complains……but the Chargefox charging infrastructure needs to improve. At Fremantle, we we directed to a charging station that was in the middle of a junction and both the charging units at DFO PERTH were either faulty or not working. The anxiety it caused us was uncalled for. We ended up at a 60kwh unit 5km off our Airb which was working perfectly but had no amenities around. We ended up waiting a total of 45 min, on 2 separate occasions, charging and staring at the Tesla. We would have given it a 5 star rating if it weren’t for the poor charging experience. Finally, returning the car was a breeze. The signs and directions were great.
