SIXT provided me with my order request...nBeautiful near New Mitsubishi Escape.. low km, drove wonderfully.nI thoroughly cleaned it inside & out before Returning..nExplained all added extras, which I mostly declined. I think its very Unfair to Charge over $200 to collect at airport as we had just flown in. Maybe some considerations for weary travellers who don't want to get Taxi to Other Depot....Why the Charge when Next Customer picks it up at same place. THANK YOU SIXT.
Our HAVAL car performed beautifully. Easy to drive, very reliable. Plenty of power for overtaking slow vehicles in overtaking areas. Economical on petrol and excellent having a hybrid.
Flew into Perth, colder than expected, easy walk to Sixt, car wasn’t ready for the time we booked but only had to wait 15 minutes for it to be brought around. Set off, spent 5 lovely days driving around Perth and up and down the Sunset coast. Will return to WA, so much we still need to see.
This is the worst car rental company I have ever engaged. There is no sign to Sith booth.nPart timers Indian was so not professional and rude. I booked a big luxury car and the Indian downgraded me and charged the same price. The Indian that served me intentionally entered my data wrongly to ensure that I didn’t get the rental contract. I have to go back to the counter to get it. It also charged extra $300 for deposit for whatever reasons which until now It hasn’t return to me. It seems the Australian government empowers Sixth to scam tourists. When the car returned safely, Sixt didn’t issue any receipt or document or receipt stating that you returned the car without a scratch. The previous trips to Australia I used Hertz and Avis before. There were no issues of extra charges. Pls avoid Sixt at all costs. Otherwise good luck to you!
Cars are good and good value.nHowever, I arrived some 30 minutes after scheduled pick up time. There were only 3 people in front of me but it took over half hour to get served. Then I was told my car wasn’t ready, even though I had booked more than 6 weeks ahead and had confirmed my flight details and booking just 2 days prior to arriving. Then I had to settle for an electric car or wait in excess of another hour even though this is not ideal for me as I am sometimes required to travel in excess of 500km over a 3 day period and recharging points are not ready available. The biggest issue here is not having the car available even though booking well ahead of time.
