Excellent service and well balance of flavours and textures across every course. Highly recommended. Great wine list too. The private room section has a window into the kitchen which is also great for corporate events.
I'm a fussy ex chef. This place has great ingredients ans technique, but the key difference is the resulting simplicity of purpose and clarity of flavour and balance. The wine pairings are pricey but brilliant. We shared 1 pairing and it was perfect. Great service and ambience. Possibly Sydney's best.
I didn’t like the food at all here. Maybe it was just not my type of food. However I would say overall everything else was above average and wouldStill recommend people to go and try because they may like it

Lots of long form reviews here so I’ll be brief. A... Mazing. Truly! There for dinner on a Saturday night for a significant birthday - was magical. Not a bum note apart from a few broken glasses which can happen anywhere. Ambiance, food, service... spot on. A memorable evening indeed. This is a Sydney gem! THANK YOU.
IMO Sydney's consistently best fine dining and degustation experience. Also wish I could eat their bread every day.
It was a good gastronomical experience and the service was good.
