The concept itself is really good, while not unique. It’s always busy, so it’s difficult to find exceptional service. The food is displayed at the entrance and is eye catching. It can be a fun thing to do for first timers who are new to the hot pot experience. Def order the dessert jelly to cool your tummy down after the spicy hot meal!
Really loved the service here. The staff is very friendly, and they tell you what to have if it is your first time trying hot pot. I would also have to say it was budget friendly. I am quite impressed and am definitely going back for more.
Very good food. The owner was very helpful with food selection and even made us special sauce to try. Good vibe and yummy desserts.
Spicy and Chicken broths were nice, great selection of meats, sides, and skewers. Service was nice aswell!
A man called Aaron served us and he provided exceptional service! the food was good but the service on top made it absolutely amazing. Thank you for brightening up me and my friend's days!!!
I love this place, I am from Chongqing and to have something so authentic in Australia is rare. This brings back memories from China, I highly recommend this place. It is very clean, service is great. The taste is amazing! you can also ask for bibs!
