Nice place to complete your assignments. Computers and printers provided. Water tap LG floor. The library sometimes becomes a zoo on weekdays. No one to enforce "quietness" in Quiet Study areas.
Nice and quiet library supported with printers and computers.
Need a quiet place to read, hide & relax over a cuppa...this is it. It's my favourite winter hideout for that peace & quiet. Or if you just wanna watch your fav Netflix shows uninterrupted, bring your headphones, buy a large latte from Gusman Gomez around the corner for $3.50, bring some snacks, woolie socks, grab a chair / cubicle!
Public Computers are awfully slow so I don’t recommend them for when you’re in a rush. Top levels wonderfully quiet for silent study. Walking through the shelves looking for certain books feels a bit maze-like, lovely to be lost in a forest of book really, especially with the old books scent.
Great study spaces but the bathrooms are nightmares. Often dirty and horribly stinky if not blocked and left unrepaired for days.
Ground floor computers zone always stinks, annoying students eat everywhere. Old library.
Love the Quiet Zone..hours vary after semester exams..you may need to know level wise book collection...looks like it has quite a lot collections on world history, arts ...
This is the biggest library in Monash University locates in Clayton campus. They have various services include the request service. This service enables you to request books from other libraries from other campuses Caulfield, Peninsula or City campus, and you can pick them at Matheson's hold service at ground floor. Other services include: peer support from English Connect team as well as learning and research support from expert. Opening hours may be changed during semester break. Do check the library's website.
Modern interior design with lots of study areas. Excellent facilities.
Very spacious and modern library with a huge collection of books, CDs and other things. Unfortunately it gets very difficult to find an unoccupied computer during exam period, those students who leave their stuff on the computer desk and don't return in 5 hours are making this problem worse. This library is always closed after 6 or 7pm, which is quite inconvenient. I've known that quite a lot of Australian universities libraries are open 24 hours if you have a student ID card.
