My mother in law was at St James for a short period, in this time we couldn’t fault the place, the staff were compassionate caring they couldn’t do enough, when asking about our mother they were always informative, nothing was to much trouble, they went out of there way to help her. If looking for a place for your loved ones I highly recommend St James.

Both my parents are high care residents of Sir James Terrace. The skilled nursing care and attention they get is absolutely wonderful and the food is fresh and nourishing. It has a villagey feel, not institutionalised at all. The nurses communicate well with relatives and immediately address any concerns. Nikki assisted with their admission process and all was easy. The visiting Dr Dr Iqbal is very competent. All in all we are so relieved to have found this aged care facility.

Staff are tremendously good, especially when they are not being replaced constantly. Proprietors MUST address staffing levels on weekends regardless of costs, as clients have to wait unsatisfactory times for care to arrive when required and cleanliness and maintenance is lax due to being short-staffed.

Great staff. Rooms are large an nice. Just a great place.
