What a disgrace. Rang yesterday for someone to come out and give me a quote on some new pool fencing. That all went well made the apt for today at 8.30 am to 9.00am. 10.00am I call the office to see what’s happening as no one has arrived or called. Speak with the office who said that she would get the person who was coming out to quote to call me directly. I have heard nothing from anyone! Highly unprofessional. If this is what they do at quoting then what is the work like? Go elsewhere!

Requested a quote after supplying the same plans given to 2 other companies (1 before and 1 after) and was ignored for the first week entirely, told I didn't supply enough information once I called to check on the progress and hung up on when I tried explaining that there was enough information to quote on if they read the plans. Very poor way of dealing with new clients
