Incredible customer service, attention to detail and very quick turn around times for trophy engraving. Jane and the team have been amazing and very responsive to all trophy needs. I highly recommend.
Had a terrible experience here, i dropped off two shields for some mates and they completely ruined them. They lady tore the varnish off the trophies and tried to cover it up with black pen. She never offered me any assistance and insisted we pay her the full fee for the damaged trophies. She also damaged and bent a few of the plaques for the years gone buy and they had crease lines in them and not even stuck down properly. Would not recommend a business that cannot put their hand up when they mess up. not happy.
