Normally I don't write reviews but after that poor treatment of my Dad I will do this now. Unfortunately, I cannot give zero stars. Years ago they did an appalling job on some very expensive shoes and I swore never to go back. Those shoes then got fixed by a proper shoemaker in Europe and he could not believe the poor workmanship I had received. And now, unfortunately, my Dad was not aware of my experience he got his headphones fixed last week. It lasted just that: a week. He went back today 04/06/18 at 9:45am and was treated so badly that I would like to warn anybody to go even close to this place. Just rude behaviour. My Dad did not want to have anything for free. He would have even paid again for a proper job. I cannot believe that this shop is still in business. I am all in for supporting local businesses but this one tops it! No thanks.

Best Mister Minit in Cairns. Scott is the man to talk to.. no one else could cut my key, took it to him and he did it in less then a minute. works perfect. Thankyou

Every time we get a key cut it doesn't work, then we have to go back. I really hope he repairs shoes better than he cuts keys because his locksmith skills are abysmal. Also, not open on Sundays even though it says they are.

Only Place able to cut my car key for me, it works perfectly and took no more than 1 minute
