Wife wanted to buy a pair of shoes and was treated so poorly she is now shopping elsewhere.  Wouldn’t recommend spending your money or time here. Both team members cut from the same cloth. “ we can’t be wasting our time moving stock from store to store” - this was directed at another customer whilst in store.

If no stars was an option they would get it. Have never been treated so rudely in a store, and saw/heard them being rude to others while I was there. Completely ignored when I went back thinking the first visit was a one off. Staff may need to realise if you treat people like they’re not good enough to buy in your store they most certainly will spend their money elsewhere.

Such a lovely shop, always so beautifully presented with a great selection of items. Staff are helpful and give great advice. Thank you - cant wait to shop again soon!

I would have expected far better 'customer service' from the staff who seemed totally disinterested and oblivious to my sister and i. Very disappointing.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Always make a pleasurably shopping experience.  Great selection,  colours and styles.

Was ignored, ignored and ignored.  Stupid me still brought a top despite the very rude and disinterested 'service'.  Won't again.

Genuine helpful and friendly ladies, I adore my cashmere scarf too. Thank you so much.
