Love this store and their online shopping is the best as well. First came across this store in 2018 when I bought three dresses from them.The staff were amazing and so friendly. I loved the dresses so much I had to look online when I wanted more the following year. Ever since I have been buying the dresses online as I do not live close to the store. Yesterday at lunchtime I ordered 3 dresses from them on sale and I am wearing one of them at lunchtime today. How is that for amazing service!! So impressed
The woman in the shop was incredibly rude to me while I was looking through clothing items that I liked. I was snapping photos of the tags on clothing items I liked so I could later search them up online. She gave me their business card and I thanked her. But as I continued she rudely asked me to respect the clothes and stop taking photos. I was simply taking photos so I could specifically find what I wanted online, that was it. I happily will not be shopping here again! Be kind
Amazing. I ordered and it’s Xmas time so was aware of delays and my items are with me in just less than 24 hours! Incredible. Have done an online return here before also and was so so fast to process and really easy to make happen. I love the brands neon collective stocks also. Something for every body every size.
I have bought many items from Neon Collective online over last few years. The clothing is beautiful and I always receive compliments. Items arrive within Taranaki within 24-36 hours of ordering. I have only ever had one dress I am returning as was too big for me and I am exchanging for smaller size. The email correspondence regarding this was prompt, pleasant and helpful. I only wish I lived closer!
Have you ever met angels in human form? If not… then you obviously haven’t met the ladies behind Neon Collective. I first met these wonderful ladies YEARS ago when trying to source a Spell dress for my wedding in Bali and I instantly fell in love! It’s safe to say that I haven’t stopped coming back ever since. These ladies work SO incredibly hard behind the scenes and yet they always radiate enthusiasm, passion and kindness - EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. You ladies are just golden and the world needs more people like you!
A shame the staff are so rude. Blunt, abrupt awkward service. Browsing the racks felt like I was inconveniencing them. I am a regional manager in retail so I know what service should look like. Their store is tiny and they act like they have a really hard very stressful job. They never smile, they look miserable, and they make all of their customers feel awful. They need some serious training in customer service because in all my years this is by far the worst customer experience you will ever find. I have talked to so many locals who agree. Hot tip, if you like the clothes, buy them direct from the labels themselves instead of wasting your time supporting a stuck up shop like this.
Please only wear your expensive clothing to this store otherwise you'll only receive the most passive aggressive customer experience.... :/ Me and my friend walked out without thanking the queen owner herself and she muttered "you're welcome" ??????? Such beautiful clothing, such terrible service.... whyyyyyyy
Eveytime I walk into that store I am disappointed. The staff seem to look down at you and I get the vibe that they come across as quite snooty; and love to make self judgments on a customer and it's quite readable on thier faces too. Customer service needs to do better because it is a beautiful store.
